Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, c'est le march\u00e9 professionnel qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 le moteur de cette \u00e9volution, mais la m\u00eame tendance se dessine d\u00e9sormais sur le march\u00e9 des particuliers.<\/p>\n

Au cours des neuf premiers mois de 2026, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV) ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 39,11 TP3T de l'ensemble des voitures nouvellement immatricul\u00e9es, contre 34,71 TP3T l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et 28,51 TP3T en 2024. Les v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables (PHEV), en revanche, ont suivi une tendance inverse, repr\u00e9sentant d\u00e9sormais 5,91 TP3T du march\u00e9 total, contre 9,31 TP3T en 2025 et 14,91 TP3T en 2024.Les hybrides \u2019 \u00e0 recharge automatique \u2019 ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 11,41 TP3T des ventes totales. La part des voitures \u00e0 essence est rest\u00e9e stable \u00e0 39,91 TP3T, tandis que celle des voitures diesel a chut\u00e9 \u00e0 2,71 TP3T.<\/p>\n

Il existe toujours une nette diff\u00e9rence entre les acheteurs professionnels et les particuliers<\/h4>\n

Au cours des trois premiers trimestres de 2026, les voitures \u00e0 essence restent de loin le choix le plus populaire aupr\u00e8s des particuliers (59,4%), tandis que la tendance inverse s'observe sur le march\u00e9 professionnel, o\u00f9 60,9% des v\u00e9hicules vendus sont d\u00e9sormais des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV). L'\u00e9cart entre ces deux march\u00e9s se r\u00e9duit \u00e0 nouveau : sur les 320 374 voitures neuves vendues au cours des neuf premiers mois, 44,11 TP3T ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immatricul\u00e9es par des particuliers et 55,91 TP3T par des professionnels.<\/p>\n

Si l'on examine le top 10 des mod\u00e8les, on constate que le secteur professionnel ne compte que des v\u00e9hicules 100 % \u00e9lectriques (BEV), tandis que le secteur particulier compte encore 8 voitures \u00e0 essence dans le classement et deux mod\u00e8les \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s : la Toyota Yaris (3e place) et, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, une marque chinoise dans le classement : la BYD Seal U (un v\u00e9hicule hybride rechargeable) \u00e0 la 9e place.<\/p>\n

La voiture neuve la plus populaire au Belux est la BMW iX3, suivie de la Tesla Y, de la BMW iX1, de la Citro\u00ebn C3 et de la Dacia Sandero. En Flandre, c'est la BMW X1 qui remporte le plus de succ\u00e8s ; en Wallonie, c'est la Dacia Sandero ; et \u00e0 Bruxelles, c'est la Citro\u00ebn C3.<\/p>\n

Bien que le march\u00e9 de l'occasion ait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement recul\u00e9 (-3,31 TP3T) au cours des neuf premiers mois de 2026, il repr\u00e9sente toujours pr\u00e8s des deux tiers du march\u00e9 automobile total au Belux (62,71 TP3T).<\/p>\n

Les particuliers repr\u00e9sentent 91,21 TP3T de ces voitures d'occasion. Une cat\u00e9gorie \u00e9chappe \u00e0 cette tendance : les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV). Le secteur professionnel repr\u00e9sente encore 51,51 TP3T de l'ensemble des voitures \u00e9lectriques d'occasion. Dans l'ensemble, les voitures \u00e0 essence dominent toujours le march\u00e9 de l'occasion (55,9%), tandis que le diesel recule (22,1%) et que les voitures \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es progressent : 21,41 TP3T au total, dont 15,41 TP3T d'hybrides et 61 TP3T de v\u00e9hicules 100 % \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n

Bien que les chiffres absolus restent modestes, le nombre de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV) sur le march\u00e9 de l'occasion conna\u00eet une croissance rapide, avec une augmentation de 41,81 TP3T en 2026.
