Afin d'all\u00e9ger la forte pression qui p\u00e8se sur les centres d'examen de la P\u00e9riph\u00e9rie flamande en raison du nombre important de candidats bruxellois et wallons qui y passent leurs \u00e9preuves, \u00e0 compter du 1er janvier, les r\u00e9sidents de Bruxelles et de Wallonie ayant pass\u00e9 leur examen th\u00e9orique en fran\u00e7ais ne pourront plus passer leur examen pratique en Flandre.<\/p>\n

La Flandre embo\u00eete le pas \u00e0 Bruxelles et \u00e0 la Wallonie, o\u00f9 des r\u00e9glementations similaires sont en vigueur depuis 2018 et 2024, respectivement. Cette mesure vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 aider pr\u00e9venir la fraude<\/a> et une \u201c s\u00e9lection \u201d strat\u00e9gique parmi les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d'examen et d'enseignement.<\/p>\n

Pression sur les centres d'examen<\/h4>\n

Quiconque souhaite passer son examen du permis de conduire \u00e0 Bruxelles doit souvent attendre plusieurs mois. De ce fait, les candidats se tournent vers la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie flamande, d\u2019autant plus que la Wallonie a durci les conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux centres d\u2019examen.<\/p>\n

Mais cela a \u00e9galement exerc\u00e9 une pression consid\u00e9rable sur les centres d'examen, notamment dans la P\u00e9riph\u00e9rie flamande, en raison de l'afflux de nombreux candidats venus de Bruxelles et de Wallonie.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e8gles sont donc d\u00e9sormais renforc\u00e9es en Flandre \u00e9galement : \u00e0 partir de janvier, il ne sera possible de passer l'examen pratique du permis de conduire en Flandre qu'apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9galement r\u00e9ussi l'examen th\u00e9orique dans cette r\u00e9gion. Cette mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement approuv\u00e9e vendredi, selon la ministre flamande de la Mobilit\u00e9, Annick De Ridder (N-VA).<\/p>\n

Les futurs conducteurs restent libres de choisir la r\u00e9gion dans laquelle ils souhaitent passer leur permis de conduire, mais ils doivent passer \u00e0 la fois l'\u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique et l'\u00e9preuve pratique dans la m\u00eame r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

Seuls deux centres d'examen \u00e0 Bruxelles<\/h4>\n

Bruxelles ne compte que deux centres d'examen, l'un \u00e0 Anderlecht et l'autre \u00e0 Schaerbeek. La Flandre en compte 16, et la Wallonie 14.<\/p>\n

Brussels Mobility indique qu'elle \u00e9tudie actuellement diff\u00e9rentes solutions pour rem\u00e9dier aux longs d\u00e9lais d'attente, notamment en certifiant davantage d'examinateurs et en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 une refonte en profondeur des centres d'examen.<\/p>\n
