Here is how to start reading and what to check if access is unavailable.<\/p>\n  <\/header>\n\n  <aside class=\"note\">\n    <p><strong>No individual login required on an approved network.<\/strong><br>Newmobility.news recognises the public IP addresses registered for your organisation. Access applies to the networks and locations covered by your active agreement.<\/p>\n  <\/aside>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>1. Connect to your company network<\/h2>\n    <p>Use the office internet connection or company Wi-Fi covered by your organisation\u2019s agreement. Your IT department can confirm which networks are included.<\/p>\n    <p>Guest Wi-Fi, mobile data and personal hotspots may use different public IP addresses and are not automatically covered.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>2. Open Newmobility.news and start reading<\/h2>\n    <p>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/nl\/\">Newmobility.nieuws<\/a> in your web browser and open an article. When your connection is recognised, subscriber content is available without an individual login.<\/p>\n    <p>You do not need to accept a team invitation or create a password to use network-based access.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>3. Working from home or travelling?<\/h2>\n    <p>A home internet connection or mobile network is not automatically included in your organisation\u2019s site licence.<\/p>\n    <aside class=\"note\">\n      <p><strong>A company VPN may provide access, but this is not guaranteed.<\/strong><\/p>\n      <p>It works only if your visit to Newmobility.news is routed through one of your organisation\u2019s registered public IP addresses. Some company VPNs send website traffic directly through your home connection instead. Your IT department can confirm how yours is configured.<\/p>\n    <\/aside>\n    <p>If you regularly need access outside the approved network, ask your organisation\u2019s administrator to contact us about personal access options.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>Cannot access an article?<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n      <li><strong>Check your connection.<\/strong> Make sure you are using an approved company network rather than guest Wi-Fi, mobile data or a personal hotspot.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>If you use a VPN, check with IT.<\/strong> Your visit must reach Newmobility.news through a registered public IP address.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Reload the article.<\/strong> If you have just changed networks, refresh the page or reopen it in a new browser window.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Ask your administrator or IT department for help.<\/strong> They can check whether your current public IP address is included in the agreement and contact Newmobility.news if necessary.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n    <p>When contacting us, include your organisation\u2019s name, the article URL and a short description of what you see. Your IT department can provide the relevant public IP address privately if needed. Never send passwords or VPN credentials.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>Practical questions<\/h2>\n    <details>\n      <summary>What is a public IP address?<\/summary>\n      <p>It is the internet address websites see when traffic leaves your company network. It is different from the local address assigned to your laptop or phone. Your IT department can identify the correct public addresses for your organisation.<\/p>\n    <\/details>\n    <details>\n      <summary>Are all our offices covered?<\/summary>\n      <p>Only the locations and networks included in your agreement are covered. Access at one office does not automatically provide access at another. Contact us if you would like to add locations.<\/p>\n    <\/details>\n    <details>\n      <summary>Can I read on my phone or tablet?<\/summary>\n      <p>You can use your device\u2019s web browser while connected to an approved company network. Switching to mobile data or another Wi-Fi network may mean the site no longer recognises your organisation.<\/p>\n    <\/details>\n    <details>\n      <summary>What if our internet provider or IP addresses change?<\/summary>\n      <p>Ask your IT department to notify Newmobility.news so we can review and update the registered addresses. The same applies when you move offices or change your network configuration. Additional locations or networks are subject to your agreement.<\/p>\n    <\/details>\n    <details>\n      <summary>Is this the same as a Team Account?<\/summary>\n      <p>No. A site licence provides access through approved networks. A Team Account gives named colleagues personal logins.
