Nadat de BMW Group in 2024 al was overgestapt op de verkoop van Mini's, was het plan om het begin 2026 ook voor het kernmerk BMW in te voeren. Dit tijdschema is echter naar achteren geschoven, maar BMW houdt vast aan de overstap, in tegenstelling tot VW.<\/p>
