Volgens de mobiliteitsfederatie Traxio daalde de tweedehandsmarkt in Belgi\u00eb in mei 2025 met 8%. Als we kijken naar de eerste vijf maanden van het jaar, blijft de daling van de verkoop beperkt tot slechts 1%. De vraag of de tweedehandsmarkt hetzelfde pad volgt als de markt voor nieuwe auto's blijft onduidelijk. De volgende maanden zullen het antwoord brengen.<\/p>

Volgens Filip Rylant, woordvoerder van Traxio, is de terugval te wijten aan het feit dat individuele kopers voorzichtiger zijn bij de aankoop van een nieuwe of tweedehandsauto. De tweedehandsmarkt wordt nog steeds voornamelijk gedomineerd door individuele kopers, die meer dan 90% van de totale verkoop voor hun rekening nemen.<\/p>
