Vanaf vandaag is Antonio Filosa aangetreden als de nieuwe CEO van Stellantis. Na drie weken lang Stellantis-fabrieken, R&D-centra en kantoren over de hele wereld te hebben bezocht, is hij officieel aan zijn nieuwe functie begonnen met een herschikking van zijn managementteam. Ondertussen moeten er binnenkort belangrijke beslissingen worden genomen, aangezien de op drie na grootste autofabrikant ter wereld zich moet herstellen van een 'annus horribilis' vorig jaar en de plotseling vertrek van voormalig CEO Carlos Tavares<\/a>.<\/p>

Vandaag heeft Filosa een bericht verstuurd over de samenstelling van zijn nieuwe topmanagementteam. Morgen komen de 250 topmanagers van de groep bijeen in Turijn, en woensdag houdt hij een videoconferentie voor alle medewerkers om de nieuwe strategie van het bedrijf toe te lichten. Naar verwachting zal Filosa het nieuwe vijfjarenplan niet in het verlengde van het ter ziele gegane 'Dare Forward'-plan van zijn voorganger uitvoeren.<\/p>
