De Franse overheid heeft een tweede seizoen van haar sociale leaseregeling voor EV's aangekondigd. Een enveloppe van \u20ac370 miljoen is bestemd voor het subsidi\u00ebren van de huur van minstens 50.000 EV's voor drie jaar of meer.<\/p>

Sociale leasing van (kleinere) EV's was vorig jaar een groot succes in Frankrijk. Zelfs overweldigend, want tussen 1 januari 2024 en 15 februari 2024 werden 50.000 aanvragen voor huursubsidie geregistreerd. Het dwong de regering om het initiatief toen stop te zetten, uit angst voor een exploderend budget.<\/p>
