Volgens gegevens van de sectorfederatie Febiac en de federale overheidsdienst Mobiliteit & Vervoer was december een zeer goede maand (+23,2%) voor nieuwe auto-immatriculaties, waardoor de daling voor het hele jaar ten opzichte van 2024 beperkt bleef tot -7,5%.<\/p>

In 2025 werden in Belgi\u00eb en Luxemburg 414.770 nieuwe auto\u2019s geregistreerd, 33.507 minder dan vorig jaar, een daling van 7,5%. In december werden 28.877 nieuwe auto's geregistreerd, 5.440 meer dan in dezelfde maand vorig jaar.
