Bij Lufthansa roept de pilotenvakbond Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) op tot een nieuwe staking van 48 uur op donderdag en vrijdag. Honderden vluchten dreigen te worden geannuleerd als gevolg van de staking van meer dan 5.000 piloten, hoewel bestemmingen in het Midden-Oosten naar verwachting niet zullen worden getroffen. De belangrijkste reden voor de stakingsoproep is een langlopend conflict over pensioenen en de strategie van de luchtvaartgroep.<\/p>
