Aistaland is de nieuwste joint venture van de Chinese technologiegigant Huawei<\/a> en een bestaande autofabrikant, in dit geval staatsbedrijf GAC. Het eerste model is de GT7, een elektrische shooting brake die veel weg heeft van de Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo. Hij zal in juni 2026 in China op de markt komen.<\/p>\n

Aistaland zal geen gemakkelijk te onthouden naam zijn, en de oorsprong is net zo eigenaardig: het is een afkorting van \u201cAI Start New Land\u201d. Het voegt zich bij merken als Exlantix<\/a>, Forthing, en Skyworth<\/a> in de lijst van \u201cChinese merken met potentieel interessante producten die de plank misslaan met hun naamgeving\u201d.<\/p>\n

In elk geval valt de Aistaland GT7 niet alleen op door zijn naam. Ook het ontwerp is het onderwerp geweest van krantenkoppen vanwege de opvallende gelijkenis met de Porsche Panamera<\/a>. Vooral de koplampen en het shooting brake-silhouet doen denken aan het luxueuze stationmodel van Porsche.<\/p>\n

De Aistaland GT7 is een full-size model, met afmetingen van 5.050\/1.980\/1.470 mm en een wielbasis van 3.000 mm. Misschien niet toevallig is hij net zo lang als de Porsche Panamera, zij het met een iets langere wielbasis.<\/p>\n

Volledig elektrisch met Huawei-technologie<\/h4>\n

Aistaland heeft nog niet alle technische details of het interieur van de GT7 onthuld. Maar omdat het een dochteronderneming van Huawei is, zal het uitgerust zijn met de Harmony OS digitale cockpit van de Chinese techgigant. De koplampen maken ook gebruik van Huawei's Xpixel-technologie, die waarschuwingen of navigatiepictogrammen op de weg kan projecteren. Huawei levert ook het Lidar-systeem voor semi-autonoom rijden.<\/p>\n

De GT7 wordt volledig elektrisch aangedreven door twee motoren. Een 800 V batterij levert de stroom, maar er is nog niets bekend over de capaciteit, actieradius of laadsnelheden.
