<\/p>\nSubaru heeft op de 2026 New York Auto Show zijn grootste en krachtigste elektrische voertuig tot nu toe onthuld. De Getaway is een SUV met zeven zitplaatsen die de behoeften van gezinnen combineert met de all-terrain kwaliteiten van het merk.<\/p>\n
Het is een strikt Noord-Amerikaanse aangelegenheid die, ondanks de vijandige context voor elektrische mobiliteit in de regio, volledig vertrouwt op batterijvoeding.<\/p>\n
De Getaway is Subaru's vierde EV en verreweg de meest gedurfde en sterkste. Twee elektromotoren leveren samen 420 pk, wat hem de krachtigste productie-Subaru ooit maakt. Van 0-100 km\/u duurt minder dan vijf seconden.<\/p>\n

De Getaway doet zijn roadtripping naam eer aan door standaard Symmetrical AWD te bieden in elk uitrustingsniveau. Omdat Subaru niet over de expertise en het geld beschikt om zijn eigen EV's te ontwikkelen, worden het platform en de technologie gedeeld met de Toyota Highlander EV. Toch onderscheidt de Getaway zich met een eigen styling en een aanzienlijk hoger vermogen: de AWD Highlander EV ontwikkelt slechts 338 pk. Beide zustermodellen worden geassembleerd in Toyota's fabriek in Georgetown, Kentucky.<\/p>\n
De lanceringsconfiguratie maakt gebruik van een 95,8 kWh batterij met een geclaimde actieradius van 482 km, wat niet uitzonderlijk is voor deze batterijgrootte-het opladen piekt bij 150 kW, waarbij 10 tot 80% in ongeveer 30 minuten wordt afgelegd.<\/p>\n
Een accupreconditioneringssysteem zorgt ervoor dat de laadprestaties tot -10 \u00b0C behouden blijven. Later komt er een meer betaalbare 77 kWh standaardvariant, maar zoals gezegd zonder AWD-technologie.<\/p>\n
De off-roadkit omvat X-MODE met sneeuw\/dirt en diepe sneeuw\/modderinstellingen, Grip Control en 21 millimeter bodemvrijheid, meer dan de meeste elektrische rivalen in deze categorie.<\/p>\n
