Het Chinese Seres en Huawei, de twee eigenaren van het submerk Aito, hebben een patent aangevraagd voor een toilet voor in de auto om \u201cte voldoen aan de toiletbehoeften van gebruikers op lange reizen, tijdens het kamperen of tijdens een verblijf in de auto\u2019. Het stemgeactiveerde toilet is verborgen onder de passagiersstoel... en het blijkt eigenlijk heel slim ontworpen te zijn.<\/p>\n

Seres is een van de minder bekende Chinese autofabrikanten, opgericht in 2016 en nog steeds beperkt beschikbaar in Europa. Samen met Huawei is het bedrijf eigenaar van Aito<\/a>, een meer \u2018premium\u2019 submerk met de slimme cockpit en semi-autonome rijsystemen van de techgigant. Om Aito te onderscheiden van de massa hebben Seres en Huawei een \u2018innovatieve\u2019 manier gepatenteerd om langere ritten te verlichten.<\/p>\n

Stinkvrij systeem<\/h4>\n

Inderdaad, een toilet in de auto is nog steeds een zeldzaamheid voor iets anders dan campers en campers. Maar Seres denkt dat het de code heeft gekraakt voor een hygi\u00ebnischer aanpak, zonder het interieur van zijn elektrische SUV's te vervuilen.<\/p>\n

Het Seres-toilet voor in de auto is gemonteerd op een rail onder de passagiersstoel, waardoor het gemakkelijk kan worden uitgeschoven en opgeborgen zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de binnenruimte. Het kan zelfs via spraakbesturing worden geactiveerd, hoewel het erop lijkt dat gebruikers voor de autostoel moeten hurken om het te gebruiken, wat enige ruimte vereist - en het is misschien niet mogelijk tijdens het rijden.<\/p>\n

Als de daad is gedaan, leiden een ventilator en uitlaatpijp geuren uit de auto, terwijl een roterend verwarmingselement urine verdampt en vast afval droogt. Bij de volgende pitstop kan het in-car toilet dus gemakkelijker worden geleegd. Het kan nodig zijn om het toilet extra schoon te maken, maar dit lijkt toch meer een noodoplossing.<\/p>\n

Een echt plan of gewoon een gedachteoefening?<\/h4>\n

Natuurlijk betekent dit patent niet noodzakelijk dat Seres of Aito het in-car toilet op een productievoertuig zullen introduceren.
