Na de onthulling van de eerste versie van de Z sportwagen vorig jaar, heeft Denza Auto China in Beijing uitgekozen om zijn open cabriolet broer en zus te tonen. De Denza Z wordt een volledig elektrische supercar die verkrijgbaar is in drie configuraties: Standaard, Cabriolet en Track. De volledige lancering vindt plaats op het Goodwood Festival of Speed in juli.<\/p>\n

Denza versnelt zijn productoffensief met een nieuwe supercar. Het premium submerk van BYD onthulde de Denza Z op Auto Shanghai vorig jaar<\/a>, als Chinese concurrent voor de Maserati GranTurismo Folgore. Kort daarna, er is een cabrioversie gespot tijdens het testen<\/a>. Denza heeft nu de Z Cabrio onthuld op de Beijing Auto Show en noemt het de \u201ceerste intelligente elektrische supercar ter wereld\u201d en kondigt een derde variant aan die nog onthuld moet worden.<\/p>\n

Z9GT-technologie<\/h4>\n

De elektrische roadster met vier zitplaatsen heeft een carrosserie van koolstofvezel om het gewicht te verlagen, terwijl de aerodynamische neus voor meer downforce zorgt, wat de stabiliteit bij hoge snelheden verbetert.<\/p>\n

Onder de motorkap ontwikkelt een aandrijflijn met drie motoren meer dan 1.000 pk, waardoor de Denza Z in minder dan twee seconden van 0 naar 100 km\/u accelereert - sneller dan de meeste supercars en zelfs hypercars die momenteel te koop zijn.<\/p>\n

En als de accu leeg is, zorgt Flash Charging ervoor dat deze in 5 minuten weer wordt opgeladen tot 70%, of in 9 minuten tot 97%. Ondertussen houdt de DiSus-M actieve ophanging de carrosserie vlak tijdens intense acceleraties of het nemen van bochten.<\/p>\n

Supercars van een miljoen dollar uitdagen<\/h4>\n

Het doel van Denza is duidelijk. \u201cDe komst van de DENZA Z markeert een keerpunt voor de wereldwijde auto-industrie, omdat \u201ds werelds eerste premiummerk met een unieke nieuwe energie-aanpak doorbreekt in het kerngebied van luxe supercars van een miljoen dollar, een segment dat traditioneel wordt gedomineerd door oude Europese fabrikanten.\"<\/p>\n

Hoe dan ook, de Denza Z zal geen miljoen dollar (of euro) kosten. Hij komt waarschijnlijk boven de Z9GT te staan, die rond de \u20ac 115.000 kost. Verwacht een prijskaartje van zo'n \u20ac150.000 tot \u20ac200.000, waarmee hij rechtstreeks concurreert met de Maserati GranTurismo en GranCabrio Folgore.<\/p>\n
