In de categorie \u2018hot hatches\u2019 bij Stellantis zal de Opel Corsa GSE in oktober zijn offici\u00eble premi\u00e8re beleven op het Autosalon van Parijs, samen met de Lancia Ypsilon HF en de Peugeot e-208 GTI. Het wordt ook het kleinere broertje van de Mokka GSE<\/a> in de Opel-portfolio.<\/p>\n

De Corsa GSE maakt gebruik van dezelfde aandrijflijn als de eerder genoemde zusterauto's, wat betekent dat de elektromotor 207 kW\/281 pk en 345 Nm koppel levert. Daarmee sprint de kleine hatchback in slechts 5,5 seconden naar 100 km\/u, terwijl de topsnelheid is vastgelegd op 180 km\/u.<\/p>\n

Vrij discreet, met GSE-accenten<\/h4>\n

De Corsa GSE voor de weg zal niet de overdreven ontwikkelde spoilers hebben van de 800 pk sterke Vision GSE Concept, maar zal er sportief uitzien zonder grote toevoegingen. De iets vergrote wielkasten herbergen 18-inch wielen met daarop kleverige Michelin Pilot Sport 4S banden. De krachtigere Alcon-remmen worden benadrukt door de gele remklauwen en het sportonderstel ligt lager op de weg.<\/p>\n

Het interieur roept het sportieve geel\/grijze verleden van Opel op, met prestatiegerichte stoelen in een grijs\/geel ruitpatroon en een Alcantara stuurwiel. Het digitale dashboard geeft ook specifieke prestatiegegevens, zoals g-krachten.<\/p>\n

GSi herinneringen<\/h4>\n

Opel legt graag een link met de ooit zeer populaire Corsa GSi van de eerste (A) generatie. Om energie te besparen uit de 54 kWh (51 kWh netto) accu, kan de bestuurder van de Corsa GSE kiezen uit drie rijmodi: \u2018Sport\u2019 levert de beste prestaties en is ook gekalibreerd voor een ritje op een racecircuit, \u2018Normal\u2019 levert 170 kW\/231 pk voor een meer ingetogen maar toch sportieve rijstijl, \u2018Eco\u2019 verhoogt de effici\u00ebntie en beperkt de topsnelheid tot 150 km\/u.<\/p>\n

Het chassis van deze hot hatch met voorwielaandrijving is voorzien van een Torsen sperdifferentieel met meerdere platen, een verlaagde ophanging met aangepaste stabilisatorstangen en dempers en remklauwen met vier zuigers. Elektrisch vermogen kan worden afgenomen van de bidirectionele boordlader (V2L). De prijzen worden in oktober bekendgemaakt, wanneer de Corsa GSE officieel wordt onthuld in Parijs.<\/p>\n
