Dit betekent dat buiten de piekuren tarieven zullen worden aangeboden die lager zijn dan het gemiddelde elektriciteitstarief voor Belgische huishoudens. Deze regeling biedt een nieuwe meevaller voor omgevingen waar opladen wordt beperkt door praktische bezwaren, zoals steden.<\/p>\n<p>Openbaar snelladen in Belgi\u00eb heeft lange tijd een impliciete kostenpremie met zich meegebracht voor bestuurders zonder oprit. Mensen die volledig afhankelijk zijn van de openbare infrastructuur en geen toegang hebben tot de goedkope nachttarieven die thuisladers mogelijk maken. Zakelijke bestuurders dragen deze kosten over aan hun werkgever, maar voor priv\u00e9gebruik is de hogere kostprijs van openbaar opladen zeker een steile horde.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Tarieven op \u20ac0,34\/kWh<\/h4>\n<p>Electra, de in Frankrijk opgerichte operator van ultrasnel laden, probeert die kloof te dichten. Het lanceert vanaf vandaag een dynamisch piek-\/ daluurtariefmodel voor zijn drukste Belgische stations. Gezien de grote schommelingen in de elektriciteitsprijzen is dit een logisch schema, hoewel het minder winstgevend is voor de operator. Aangezien Electra selectief is in zijn uitrol, lijkt het de vernieuwde prijsformule te behandelen als een experiment.<\/p>\n<p>Abonnees van Electra+ Smart hebben toegang tot daluren vanaf \u20ac0,34\/kWh op de meest drukke locaties van het netwerk. Het bedrijf zegt dat dit onder de gemiddelde elektriciteitskosten voor huishoudens in Belgi\u00eb ligt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Maar is dat zo? Volgens huishoudelijke elektriciteitsgegevens (Statista Q4 2025) betalen Belgische consumenten ongeveer $0,40\/kWh (\u20ac0,344) voor residenti\u00eble tarieven, waardoor Electra in het voordeel is. Maar het hangt ook af van waar je oplaadt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Het offici\u00eble terugbetaaltarief dat is vastgelegd door de energieregulator Creg bedraagt \u20ac0,31 in Vlaanderen, \u20ac0,35 in Brussel en \u20ac0,36 in Walloni\u00eb. Het Electra-tariefplan blijft concurrerend en het is een schouderklopje voor particuliere klanten die moeite hebben om een thuislaadinfrastructuur te installeren. Bovendien bieden thuisladers niet dezelfde snelheden als die van Electra, die een piek bereiken van 400 kW.<\/p>\n<h4>Einde van de opritpremie<\/h4>\n<p>\u201cMet \u20ac0,34\/kWh bieden we het laagste ultrasnelle oplaadtarief op de markt aan, dat goedkoper is dan de gemiddelde prijs van huishoudelijke elektriciteit in Belgi\u00eb\u201d, zegt Louis-Charles Mosseray, General Manager van Electra voor de Benelux. \u201cDit is ons concrete antwoord op de koopkrachtuitdaging. Elektrische mobiliteit mag geen luxe zijn die voorbehouden is aan mensen met een thuislader.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Het model van Electra leent expliciet van de logica van het dag\/nachttarief dat Belgische huishoudens al tientallen jaren kennen. Het idee: als flexibele tarifering thuis werkt, kan het net zo goed werken aan een openbare snellader.<\/p>\n<p>Zullen de concurrenten van Electra dit voorbeeld volgen? De prijs trekt altijd aan. Volgens GIREVE's analyse van de Belgische markt voor snelladen bieden ongeveer 60 CPO's nu snelladen op gelijkstroom aan in Belgi\u00eb. Maar de focus van de concurrentie blijft vooral gericht op de uitrol van de infrastructuur in plaats van op prijstactieken. Bij de snellaadstations van concurrenten betalen klanten meestal twee keer zoveel of zelfs meer.<\/p>\n<h4>Alleen voor de hoogste vraag<\/h4>\n<p>Helaas wordt het prijsmodel alleen toegepast op de stations met de hoogste vraag van Electra. De tarieven vari\u00ebren per tijdslot en worden in realtime weergegeven in de Electra-app voordat een sessie begint. Zodra een chauffeur inlogt, wordt het tarief vergrendeld voor de duur van de sessie. Een belangrijke disclaimer, omdat het een klant verzekert dat een sessie die begint met \u20ac0,34\/kWh tegen dat tarief blijft, zelfs als de klok halverwege het laden een piekvenster binnengaat.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Het doel is echter niet alleen betaalbaarheid, maar ook het beheer van de netbelasting.
