Luce produceert 1.050 pk uit vier elektromotoren (\u00e9\u00e9n voor elk wiel) en heeft een actieradius van 530 km. De leveringen beginnen in het vierde kwartaal. De Luce wordt gebouwd in Ferrari's nieuwe e-bouwfabriek in Maranello, Itali\u00eb. Ferrari bouwt de elektromotoren, omvormer en vermogenseenheid van de Luce zelf. De datum en plaats van de onthulling van de Luce waren bewust gekozen. Ferrari's eerste raceoverwinning was op 25 mei 1947 met de 125S (een 1,5-liter, V-12 aangedreven barchetta) op het Caracalla-wegparcours in de buitenwijken van Rome.<\/p>\n<p>Elkann vervolgt: \u201cMet Ferrari Luce herdefini\u00ebren we opnieuw de grenzen van wat mogelijk is. Rome, de symbolische locatie van onze eerste overwinning, wordt het startpunt voor een Ferrari die de toekomst verlicht en nieuwe horizonten opent\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4>Ontwerp eenhoorn<\/h4>\n<p>De vorm van het exterieur en interieur van de Luce, het Italiaanse woord voor licht, is afkomstig van LoveFrom, het designcollectief dat is opgericht door Ive (het brein achter de iPhone) en de veelgeprezen ontwerper Marc Newson.<\/p>\n<p>Ive en Newson kregen de creatieve vrijheid om vorm te geven aan Ferrari's eerste EV. De aluminium carrosserie overlapt de serre aan de voor- en achterkant, met spoilers ge\u00efntegreerd als zwevende elementen. Aan de voorkant gaat de luchtstroom tussen de voorruit en de zwevende spoiler. Aan de achterkant stroomt de luchtstroom van het uiteinde van de achterlichten naar het gebied onder de achterste ge\u00efntegreerde spoiler.<\/p>\n<p>Het enige designelement dat typisch is voor een Ferrari is het paar ronde achterlichten, die alleen zichtbaar zijn als de auto rijdt. Daaronder zijn een maximumvermogen van 772 kW\/1.050 pk en een maximumkoppel van 990 Nm. Het accupakket bestaat uit 210 cellen (14 modules), heeft een capaciteit van 122 kWh en weegt 630 kg. Dat geeft een actieradius van 530 km, aldus Ferrari, maar dat moet nog wel WLTP bevestigd worden. Het geheel werkt op een 800 V systeem en het accupakket kan snel worden opgeladen tot 350 kW\/uur.<\/p>\n<p>De Luce accelereert naar 100 km\/u in slechts 2,5 seconden en bereikt een topsnelheid van 310 km\/u. 200 km\/u wordt bereikt na 6,8 seconden. De auto heeft vier elektromotoren, \u00e9\u00e9n voor elk wiel. Vooraan produceren de twee motoren 210 kW en 280 Nm (3.400 Nm aan de wielen); achteraan is dat 620 kW met 710 Nm koppel (7.750 Nm aan de wielen).<\/p>\n<p>De Luce weegt 2.260 kg, meet 5.028 mm in de lengte, 1.999 mm in de breedte en 1.544 mm in de hoogte. De wielbasis is 2.961 mm en de spoorbreedte voor en achter is respectievelijk 1.696 mm en 1.680 mm. 47% van het gewicht zit op de vooras, 53% op de achteras.
