Dat heeft de federale ministerraad beslist. Het wetsontwerp moet nog worden goedgekeurd door de Raad van State en vervolgens door het Parlement vooraleer het in werking kan treden.<\/p><p>Met deze maatregel hoopt de regering het aantal agressiegevallen in het openbaar vervoer terug te dringen. Onder andere de openbare treinmaatschappij NMBS had <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/nl\/2025\/11\/19\/almost-6000-cases-of-aggression-against-belgian-public-transport-staff\/\">roepen al lang<\/a> voor body camera's, maar juridische bezwaren en zorgen over privacywetten hebben de invoering ervan tot nu toe in de weg gestaan.
