Naar aanleiding hiervan heeft Brussels Mobility aangekondigd dat het alle aanbieders in de sector uitnodigt voor een bijeenkomst half augustus.<\/p>\n<p>Maar het lijkt er nu op dat de Brusselse regering streeft naar een overgangsperiode waarbij alle belanghebbenden worden betrokken, inclusief de \u201cbenadeelde concurrent\u201d Lime. Volgens BRUZZ zou ook Lime fietsdeel diensten mogen aanbieden.<\/p>\n<p>Het Amerikaanse bedrijf op het gebied van gedeelde mobiliteit had bij de Raad van State bezwaar aangetekend tegen de vergunningen van zijn concurrenten Bolt, Dott en Voi, omdat het in 2023 niet was meegenomen bij de toewijzing van vergunningen voor fietsen en e-scooters.<\/p>\n<h4>Een vierde speler, of niemand<\/h4>\n<p>De Brusselse regering probeert zo de impasse en het conflict op te lossen door de partij die de zaak voor de rechter heeft gebracht, de mogelijkheid te bieden om vanaf 1 september zelf fietsdeeldiensten aan te bieden. Dit zou dienen als een tijdelijke oplossing om de fietsdeeldienst na die datum operationeel te houden, in afwachting van een nieuwe, definitieve vergunningsprocedure.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens BRUZZ neemt de Brusselse regering hierin een hard standpunt in en gebruikt ze dit als pressiemiddel om alle partijen mee te krijgen. \u201cMocht de overige aanbieders weigeren, dan zouden we ieders vergunning intrekken.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Niemand wil dat, zo meldt een bron die op de hoogte is van de individuele overleggen met de twee aanbieders van gedeelde scooters, Bolt en Dott, en de derde partij, Lime \u2013 blijkbaar was Voi, dat in tegenstelling tot Bolt en Dott niet was geselecteerd als aanbieder van gedeelde e-scooters, niet bij de besprekingen betrokken.<\/p>\n<p>De Brusselse minister van Mobiliteit, Elke Van den Brandt (Groen), benadrukt op de website van het multimediabedrijf eveneens dat het de bedoeling is dat de fietsdeeldienst een integraal onderdeel blijft van het Brusselse mobiliteitssysteem, zonder dat de dienstverlening voor de gebruikers wordt onderbroken.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe gesprekken met de exploitanten verlopen constructief en rustig, met het oog op de overlegbijeenkomst die voor half augustus op het programma staat\u201d, voegt ze eraan toe. \u201cWe werken actief aan een tijdelijke oplossing voor de gebruikers van deze diensten.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Overgangsperiode van maximaal vier maanden<\/h4>\n<p>Het blijft dan ook onduidelijk hoe de overgangsperiode er precies uit zal zien, met inbegrip van de rol van deelde-scooters, ook al zullen deze tegen september 2027 van de straten verdwijnen.<\/p>\n<p>Het enige wat op dit moment duidelijk is, is dat de regering nog steeds streeft naar een overgangsperiode van maximaal vier maanden, waardoor Lime daar dus ook onder zou kunnen vallen. Maar voor meer nieuws hierover zullen we moeten wachten op die overlegbijeenkomsten halverwege augustus.<\/p>\n<p>Ook Lime houdt de details van de recente gesprekken voorlopig nog geheim.
