America's Robot.com presenteert met trots R-dog, de nieuwe bezorgrobot met een vriendelijk gezicht en ogen die doen denken aan die van WALL-E, een rood petje en een toegankelijk ontwerp. Hij kan met zijn harige staart kwispelen en vervolgens je pakketje op je veranda 'neerpoepen'.<\/p>

De R-dog heeft vier scharnierende poten met wieltjes aan de uiteinden, waardoor hij soepel over trottoirs kan rollen, maar zijn poten kan gebruiken voor stoepranden, treden en trappen. Volgens Robot.com is dit bedoeld om het beruchte \u201claatste 100 meter\u201d-probleem op te lossen: conventionele trottoirrobots kunnen wel je straat bereiken, maar vaak niet de voordeur.<\/p>
