Stellantis maakt (opnieuw) nieuwe benoemingen bekend binnen zijn organisatie voor het uitgebreide Europa, met ingang van 1 september, in het kader van de verdere uitvoering van zijn strategisch plan \u201eFastlane 2030\u201c.<\/p>\n

Arnaud Belloni, die is benoemd tot CEO van de merken FIAT, Abarth en Lancia en tot Chief Marketing Officer voor Europa, en Xavier Chardon, die is benoemd tot CEO van DS Automobiles, naast zijn huidige verantwoordelijkheden voor Citro\u00ebn, rapporteren nu aan Emanuele Cappellano, COO van Enlarged Europe; Xavier Peugeot, die is benoemd tot hoofd van het merk Jeep in Europa, een nieuw ingestelde functie die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de COO van Enlarged Europe.<\/p>\n

Deze functie is bedoeld om Jeep de nodige middelen te bieden om aan de eisen van Europese klanten te voldoen en de ontwikkeling van het merk in Europa op het gebied van product, marketing en verkoop te versterken. Roberta Zerbi zal zich richten op het optimaliseren van de klantervaring en het uitbouwen van het distributienetwerk.<\/p>\n

Commerci\u00eble activiteiten<\/h4>\n

Als gevolg hiervan is de afdeling Commercial Operations Enlarged Europe, onder leiding van Maurizio Zuares, als volgt gereorganiseerd: Gaetano Thorel is benoemd tot verantwoordelijke voor Lancia in Enlarged Europe, naast zijn huidige verantwoordelijkheden voor FIAT en Abarth in Enlarged Europe, waarbij hij functioneel rapporteert aan Arnaud Belloni.<\/p>\n

Laurent Diot is benoemd tot verantwoordelijke voor DS Automobiles in het uitgebreide Europa, naast zijn huidige verantwoordelijkheden voor Citro\u00ebn in het uitgebreide Europa, waarbij hij functioneel rapporteert aan Xavier Chardon; Fabio Catone is bevestigd als verantwoordelijke voor de merken Jeep, Ram en Dodge in het uitgebreide Europa, waarbij hij functioneel rapporteert aan Xavier Peugeot.<\/p>\n

In een reactie op deze benoemingen zei Emanuele Cappellano: \u201cDeze benoemingen vormen een nieuwe belangrijke stap in het versnellen van de uitvoering van ons strategisch plan \u201dFastlane 2030\u2019. Ze leggen de basis voor een Europese marketingvisie waarin creativiteit en innovatie centraal staan, versterken de groei van Jeep door toegewijd leiderschap en verduidelijken de positionering van Lancia en DS Automobiles als nichemerken, waarbij hun onderscheidende identiteit behouden blijft en tegelijkertijd de integratie met respectievelijk Fiat en Citro\u00ebn wordt versterkt.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bovendien is op internationaal niveau Stephanie Hartgrove (afkomstig van Johnson & Johnson) benoemd tot Chief Communications Officer van de Stellantis Group, en is Clara Ingen-Housz gevraagd om leiding te geven aan de afdeling Public Policy & Regulatory Strategy, International Trade.<\/p>\n

Belloni in\u2026<\/h4>\n

Belloni keert terug naar Stellantis, waar hij eerder 16 jaar lang leiding gaf aan de marketingstrategie voor de Italiaanse en Franse merken van het concern. Hij bekleedde onder meer de functies van merkmarketingdirecteur bij Fiat en Lancia, algemeen directeur van Lancia France en vicepresident marketing voor Azi\u00eb-Pacific.<\/p>\n

Van 2015 tot 2020 was hij bij Citro\u00ebn Global Chief Marketing Officer voor Communicatie en Sport, waar hij de merkstrategie \u2018Citro\u00ebn \u2013 Inspired by You\u2019 lanceerde, de klantervaring transformeerde via digitale en winkelconcepten zoals \u2018la maison Citro\u00ebn\u2019, en leiding gaf aan een uitgebreide reeks productlanceringen. Onder zijn leiding realiseerde Citro\u00ebn acht opeenvolgende jaren van omzetgroei in Europa en werd het het populairste automerk van Frankrijk.<\/p>\n

Hij keert terug naar Stellantis vanuit de Renault Group, waar hij vanaf november 2020 de functie van global chief marketing officer bekleedde en vanaf mei 2023 die van chief branding officer voor alle merken van de groep.<\/p>\n

\u2026Fran\u00e7ois is weg<\/h4>\n

Belloni\u2019s voorganger, Olivier Fran\u00e7ois, heeft bij verschillende merken van Stellantis een bijdrage geleverd en bracht daarbij expertise mee op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering, verkoop, marketing, merkontwikkeling en strategie.<\/p>\n

Gedurende zijn loopbaan van meer dan 30 jaar bekleedde hij een reeks leidinggevende functies, waaronder die van CEO van Chrysler, Fiat, Abarth, DS Automobiles en Lancia, evenals die van global chief marketing officer.<\/p>\n

Gedurende zijn hele loopbaan heeft Fran\u00e7ois een cruciale rol gespeeld bij het vormgeven van merkstrategie\u00ebn en het ontwikkelen van bekroonde reclamecampagnes over de hele wereld. Olivier Fran\u00e7ois zal Belloni tot half oktober bijstaan om een soepele overgang te waarborgen en zal Stellantis blijven ondersteunen als strategisch adviseur van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n

Ondanks zijn levenslange carri\u00e8re bij Fiat, FCA en Stellantis is Fran\u00e7ois blijkbaar vriendelijk verzocht te vertrekken. Na het bewind van Carlos Tavares en het interim-leiderschap van John Elkann, erfgenaam van de familie Agnelli, heeft de nieuwe CEO van Stellantis, Antonio Filosa, een grootschalige reorganisatie en sanering doorgevoerd die nu ten einde lijkt te lopen met de volledige implementatie van de \u2018FaSTLAne 2030-strategie\u2019 en de herpositionering van vele spelers.<\/p>\n
