Dankzij een nieuwe software-update in februari aangekondigd<\/a> Sinds dit jaar kan de oplaadaansluiting van de Volvo EX30 eindelijk ook externe apparaten van stroom voorzien. Naast deze Vehicle-to-Load (V2L)-functie beschikt de compacte elektrische auto, die wordt gebouwd in de De Belgische Volvo-fabriek in Gent<\/a> voor bepaalde markten is er ook Plug & Charge beschikbaar.<\/p>

De software-update waarmee V2L wordt ge\u00efntroduceerd, komt beschikbaar voor bestaande EX30\u2019s van modeljaar 2026 en later. Deze update wordt de komende weken uitgerold naar Europese klanten. Eigenaren die gebruik willen maken van de nieuwe functie, moeten een externe V2L-adapter aanschaffen. Deze wordt aangesloten op de oplaadpoort van de auto en fungeert als een 230 V-stopcontact.<\/p>
