Polestar heeft Bart Deswert aangesteld als het nieuwe hoofd Verkoop voor Belgi\u00eb en Luxemburg. Zijn doel is om de marktpositie van Polestar te versterken en de groei van het dealernetwerk te bevorderen. Het groeiende modellenaanbod van het merk zal hem daarbij uiteraard helpen.<\/p>\n

Deswert kan terugkijken op 30 jaar beroepservaring binnen en buiten de automobielsector. Hij bekleedde leidinggevende functies bij Sony, Philips Lighting en Belisol. In de automobielsector was hij werkzaam als verkoopdirecteur bij Goodyear en als directeur van de businessunit BMW\/Mini bij A&M Automobiel Groep.<\/p>\n

Nu is het moment<\/h4>\n

Deze benoeming komt op het juiste moment voor Polestar. Het merk heeft zijn belangrijkste modellenoffensief sinds de oprichting gelanceerd en wil zijn premiumportfolio graag uitbreiden. Op de planning staan de Polestar 5, een uitgebreide versie van de Polestar 4 met een SUV-variant, een vernieuwde Polestar 2 en een nieuwe compacte SUV met de naam Polestar 7.<\/p>\n

Polestar is een fabrikant die uitsluitend volledig elektrische auto\u2019s produceert, gevestigd in G\u00f6teborg, Zweden, en maakt deel uit van de Geely Automotive-holding. Het merk is actief in 31 landen. In Belgi\u00eb beschikt het over acht \u2018Polestar Spaces\u2019, waarvan drie in Brussel en vijf andere in of nabij de grotere steden van het land.<\/p>\n

Het assortiment bestaat in feite uit 5 modellen: de Polestar 2, Polestar 3, Polestar 4 Coup\u00e9 en SUV, en de Polestar 5. In de pijplijn zitten een opvolger van de Polestar 2, een compacte Polestar 7 en de Polestar 6 roadster. Het merk produceert momenteel auto\u2019s in Azi\u00eb en Noord-Amerika. Het is van plan om de kleinere Polestar 7 in Europa te assembleren.<\/p>\n
