Wallonia allocates €79 million extra to finish Liège tramway

The consortium behind the construction of Liege’s new tramway is out of trouble for now. The Walloon government is coughing up an extra 79 million euros so that the tram could run by January 2025 /Tram’Ardent

The Walloon government will allocate another 79 million euros to finalize works on the new Liège tramway. These have been seriously delayed
