After showing the dramatic exterior of the prototype of its first new car in the Type 00 series, Jaguar now lifts the veil on its equally surprising interior. We will learn how the car will look in its production form from the outside on 6 October, when it premieres in New York.

The brass‑inspired finish on the central spine is repeated along the tops of the doors. Running the entire length of the cabin, these signature art pieces bear the Jaguar leaper.
This visual emphasis on length makes the driver and other passengers feel lower in the car, for what Jaguar calls “a low seating position that cossets and inspires confidence.”

Contrôle à la demande
In the rear view of the picture, one can see that the car will have a large panoramic roof but no rear window (like the Polestar 4). There’s no abundance of screens either. The interior design is chic and classy, but minimal.

Un écran de recul numérique ClearSight (un rétroviseur électronique) est placé au centre, à la base du pare-brise, à la même hauteur que les rétroviseurs extérieurs, afin d'aider le conducteur à se concentrer.

The Jaguar Type 01 prototype has debuted with a distinctive new wrap for Monterey Car Week. This will culminate at Pebble Beach Concours on Sunday 16 August as Jaguar celebrates its glorious heritage. Finally, Jaguar will reveal the Type 01 in New York on 6 October 2026.
