GreenStudent: ‘affordable e-car sharing for Belgian students’

GreenMobility, the Antwerp-based platform for shared e-cars, wants to make car sharing affordable and sustainable for students. With the special GreenStudent subscription, they can now travel cheaply all year round with a minimal ecological footprint.

The GreenStudent subscription gives students access to 100% electric cars at any time of the day. They receive a 10% discount on the minute price and can save even more by adding prepaid minutes to their account. By opting for 75, 175, or 600 minutes, GreenStudents only pay €0,26/minute.

Additional price reduction

They also earn free driving minutes by inviting fellow students to use the app. Registration and insurance are free. GreenStudents can easily cancel their subscription via the app before the next payment date, after which they still have one month to use their discounts.

The GreenMobility app also indicates discounted cars – with an orange icon –  for which they also receive a 10% price reduction. The GreenStudent subscription formula is valid for students up to 23 years old.

Seven European cities

GreenMobility has made car sharing simple and easy: charging, parking, and insurance are included in the formula. Users download the app and sign up. They book a car, pick it up, and explore the city.

Today, GreenMobility operates in seven cities: Antwerp, Brussels, and Ghent in Belgium; Amsterdam in the Netherlands; Copenhagen and Aarhus in Denmark; and Helsinki in Finland.
