European fast-charging specialist Electra has opened its first operational station in Capellen, Luxembourg, a well-known 'tank' stop for Belgian and Dutch drivers heading south on holiday. The company is active in nine European countries—Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain
