Wallbox and Eneco join forces to expand Benelux EV infrastructure

On Wednesday, Wallbox, a global provider of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, announced a new partnership with Eneco eMobility, one of the top three providers of smart charging stations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, to support the continued scaling of commercial EV infrastructure.

Under the deal, Wallbox will supply its commercial AC charger, called ‘eM4 Twin’, for initial deployment through Eneco’s installation network, starting in the Netherlands. Belgium and Luxembourg are likely next after the initial Dutch deployments.

High-utilization environments

The eM4 Twin has been engineered for these environments, with integrated static load balancing, a modular architecture that simplifies standardized installations, and hardware designed for dense commercial use. Its system design allows installers to commission charging capacity quickly while providing site operators with reliable power allocation as EV adoption grows.

The collaboration will focus on high-utilization environments, including offices, retail destinations, public parking areas, and other shared-access locations, settings where grid management and reliability matter.

Benelux

The Benelux region remains among Europe’s most advanced electrified transport markets, with commercial property owners and businesses increasingly transitioning to scalable networks for daily use, making this deal a strategic foothold for broader European growth.

This partnership provides Wallbox with structured scale by embedding its hardware into a repeatable commercial rollout across Eneco’s network. It shifts Wallbox away from being “just visible and innovative” to being operationally deployed at scale in the Benelux.
