Following the rest of the Stellantis vans, Fiat’s compact E-Doblò and mid-sized E-Ulysse passenger vans get a revamp that includes a fresh face and efficiency improvements. Both models will be available to order in early 2024.
Stellantis recently unveiled a comprehensive facelift for its entire LCV range with more distinguished looks between the brands. Now, these vans’ updated passenger versions are also trickling down. Peugeot was the first to arrive with the new E-Rifter, followed by Opel’s Combo Electric Life and Zafira Electric Life, and now it’s Fiat’s turn.
Not as expressive as the other Stellantis vans
The Italian brand has not gone for a significant change in the looks department for the compact E-Doblò, opting for a nose that looks quite similar to the pre-facelift version, although a new front bumper and 17-inch wheels are present.
A new 10-inch infotainment screen is available inside, with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and connected navigation. A digital instrument cluster is likely also present, but Fiat has decided not to show it yet – a new dashboard design with more storage rounds off the visual updates.
The powertrain remains physically unchanged, with a 100 kW (136 hp) and 260 Nm motor powering the front wheels thanks to a 50 kWh (45 kWh usable) battery. But thanks to efficiency improvements, a WLTP range of up to 320 km is now quoted. Quick charging is available up to 100 kW (10-80% in 30 minutes).

Improved tech and range
Much of the same recipe has been used for the larger E-Ulysse. Again, the nose looks quite similar to the old model, with a new LED light signature and bumper as the main changes. The cockpit gets the same infotainment setup as the smaller model, with an improved rear camera and new active safety systems (ADAS), including adaptive cruise control.
Thanks to a standard heat pump and improved regenerative braking (now with paddles on the steering wheel), the 50 kWh variant achieves a WLTP range of 224 km, while the 75 kWh version reaches 350 km.
Both passenger vans will be available to order from the end of January in Italy and Austria, followed by the rest of the European market.
