Council of State overrules Ghent on classic cars in LEZ (update)

Due to LEZ zones, polluting cars are less and less welcome in cities, but there is an exception for classic vehicles that are used sporadically. This is also the opinion of the Council of State, which blows the whistle on the city of Ghent in its (too) strict approach /NMN
