New P+R car park in the north of Brussels

In Jette, in the north of Brussels, the regional agency parking.brussels has opened a new 50-space interchange car park on the grounds of the UZ Brussel. This P+R parking with access control is the first in Brussels under shared management.

The Brussels-Capital Region now has eight car parks designated as Park & Rides: Erasmus, Coovi, Stalle, Delta, Herrmann-Debroux, Roodebeek, Kraainem, and Jette.

There is already the Coovi car park west of Brussels and the Kraainem car park east. However, with this public-private partnership between UZ Brussels, parking.brussels, and parking manager Apcoa, the north now has its interchange parking. As with the other two car parks, access to this one is free, but only for MIVB/STIB public transport subscribers.

The car park is located on Dikke Beuklaan and is accessible from Ring Road via exit 9. In addition, there is a connection to Simonis station via tram 9 and bus 13, North Station via bus 14, and De Brouckère square via bus 88. Those wishing to use the P+R must register via the form on the parking.brussels website.
