Hidalgo pushes on: 50 km/h on Paris Ring Road from October 1st

The Mayor of Paris has announced a 50 km/h speed limit on the Paris Ring Road from October 1st, but the President of the Île-de-France Regional Council calls on the Mayor of the capital /Ville de Paris
